Made to Outlast
Quality is not just a promise at KRONEX Germany — it's a verifiable fact. Our comprehensive bearing quality control process ensures every bearing meets the highest bearing standards, with full traceability from raw bearing material to bearing delivery.
Unique Box Code System
Every single box of KRONEX bearings carries a unique identification code that allows complete bearing traceability. This code links directly to the full bearing production history of the bearings inside — including raw bearing material certificates, bearing production parameters, and bearing test results.
This level of traceability gives our customers confidence that they can verify the quality and origin of every bearing they receive, meeting the strictest requirements for industries such as aerospace, food processing, and medical equipment.

Our Inspection Process
Six comprehensive bearing inspection stages ensure that every KRONEX bearing delivers on our promise of traceable, premium bearing quality.
Incoming Material Inspection
Every incoming batch of raw material is inspected for chemical composition, hardness, and dimensional compliance before it enters the production process.
In-Process Monitoring
Statistical process control (SPC) monitors critical dimensions in real time during production. Any deviation triggers an immediate alert and corrective action.
Dimensional Verification
Precision measurement instruments verify bore diameter, outer diameter, width, and all critical dimensions to confirm compliance with specifications.
Noise & Vibration Testing
100% of KRONEX bearings undergo Anderon noise testing to ensure smooth, quiet bearing operation. Vibration levels are checked against our stringent internal bearing limits.
Visual & Surface Inspection
Trained operators perform visual checks for surface defects, corrosion, and contamination. Surface roughness is measured to guarantee low-friction operation.
Traceability & Documentation
Every box receives a unique identification code. Complete production records — from raw material certificates to final test data — are stored for full traceability.
